Electronic Payment Sign-Up

This page allows your company to sign up for electronic payments rather than paper checks. All data entered into this site is strictly confidential, and will not be visible in the Aero-Mach Labs accounting system. Should you need to change the bank routing number and/or account number, you will need to re-enter the information below again and re-submit it for approval. Aero-Mach Labs customer service will not be able to view or change your account details.

Let's get started!

1. Identification

You should have received a code number along with the email that brought you to this page. This number identifies the account in our system for payment processing. The format is ABC-123. You can come back to this page later and submit updated bank account information using the same code.

2. Contact Information

First, we need a company contact responsible for your bank account information. This will be the person we contact in the event we have trouble sending payment to your account.

Second, we need the name and email address that you would like remittance notices sent to when an electronic payment has been posted. This person will receive a PDF containing the remittance information including invoice numbers and payment amounts.

3. Bank Account Details

Lastly, we need your bank name, routing number, and account number. If you have a check, you can find your routing/transit number and account number at the bottom of the check. The routing number is generally left of the account number, however the check number can come either before or after the account numbers, so make sure you put the correct number in the correct box. Your bank can verify their routing number with a quick phone call if you want to be sure.

4. Submission

Once you've verified all information above is correct, submit this information to Aero-Mach Labs and we will prepare your account for electronic payments. If you don't receive a confirmation code below, please contact the IT department at 316-682-7707 and let them know what error you're seeing.
